Account Manager – This is an opportunity to interface at the highest levels with decision makers. The Account Manager oversees all interaction between the client and the AGS Project Managers dedicated to searches. In addition, the Account Manager acts as a single point of contact between the client and our outsourcing partners. The Account Manager grows our business wide and deep, introducing all of our services when and where appropriate.
Project Manager – This role is one of great importance not only to our clients but obviously to our organization. It is the ability of the Project Manager, to develop accurate information upfront, in the Client Meeting, to thoroughly communicate this information to the team of Recruiters, to diligently and objectively evaluate candidates presented by the Recruiters, to select the “Right” Top Talent for the client, and to oversee the entire process, that leads to lasting client relationships.
Business Development Representative – This is more than the typical “sales” role many envision. A great deal of ability to develop rapport and relationships with Decision-Makers is demanded in this position. Innovativeness is rewarded. Initially, after extensive training, this person will work with a team of Recruiters to fill position at prospective clients.
By delivering Top Talent with a great deal of Efficiency, this person can begin the development of a solid, loyal clientele. The growth path from this role is to that of a Project or Account Manager, where time is focused on a number of Key Accounts.
Recruiting Manager – An opportunity to manage a team of Recruiters can be created for the right individual. In this position, the Recruiting Manager, leading by example, trains and motivates their team of Recruiters, to follow our Processes diligently. This role interfaces with the Account / Project Manager on clients’ assignments, to deliver the “right” Top Talen
Recruiter – This is much more than the traditional description of a “Recruiter” you would find at your average recruiting firm. The in-depth nature of this role, leads quickly to developing valuable relationships with Top Talent candidates. Candidates recognize your genuine concern for advancing their careers, and their rewards to you are referrals of other Top Talent candidates.
Working closely with Management on assignments for clients, exposes the Recruiter to the entire process. Depending on the desires of the Recruiter, this role can lead to a Senior Recruiter, even Recruiting Manager role where they train, lead, guide and motivate other Recruiters. Or perhaps the Recruiter would prefer to work with Clients and develop into Business Development or Project Management roles.
Branch Manager – A Branch Manager’s role changes drastically from that of a Recruiting Manager or Account / Project manager, in that they manage everything related to their own division including: their clients, clients’ projects, hiring, training, motivating their team, etc.
Independent Associate – This is a unique opportunity for the Independent Agent, who wants to run their own business, have complete flexibility, and leverage their own, already existing database of contacts and relationships. A generous commission is available for the Independent Associate for the simple “Introduction” of AGS into their contacts. This opportunity is customized with Senior Management to fit the needs, goals, and capabilities of the Independent Associate.
