Managing Partner of AGS, responsible for Operations, Marketing and Business Development. Managing Director of four divisions of APS based in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Bob started his career with Associated Personnel Services (APS) in 1979.

A Cum Laude Graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa., with a BS Degree in Mathematics, Bob's divisions have recruited professionals for Fortune 1000 clients in the areas of Information Technology, Executive Management, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing.

Randy Moore

Managing Director of Moore Associates, an AGS Company, brings 15 years of diverse Business Development and Client Relations Management skills to the organization. "Client-Focused", Mr. Moore invests considerable time and energy in learning his client's business, business processes, competitors, goals, and challenges. Offering innovative insight, he offers his client a partnership that delivers far more than the simple recruiting.

Randy signed with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball organization out of Cal Poly Technical Institute. As an Executive Manager, he has led teams in Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Staffing. He has overseen as many as 450 people and managed numerous engagements across most every industry, ranging in size from Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, to Start-Ups.

Jack Felice, CPC

Partner/CFO of AGS and Founder/President of Associated Personnel Services, Jack has created a unique sales organization positioned to bring a multitude of crucial services to the corporate marketplace. Understanding the value of building a "Client-Focused Business", Jack has made this the mission for the entire APS - AGS organization.

Holding a BS Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, Jack brings over 30 years of experience in Back-Office Processes, Accounting & Adminstration. He brings his incredible breadth of problem resolution experience, negotiating expertise and business savvy to each venture and project the organization embarks on.
